Introduction:

Cooling fans (Server fans) play a critical role in thermal management for systems such as servers, switches, power supplies, inverters, and solar panels, significantly impacting overall system stability and performance. This solution adopts a 32-bit ASIC (MA853) as the main controller, featuring a dual-core Cortex®-M0 and an integrated MCD motor control module to enable efficient full-sine wave drive control. It supports multi-point speed control and incorporates multiple protection mechanisms, ensuring stable and safe fan operation to meet the demanding requirements of high-performance thermal applications.

Features:

 - Dual core Cortex®-M0、MCD motor control in QFN32 package (4x4x0.85mm)
 - Built-in LDO 5V and N/N Gate Driver, fits into 25mm PCB like donuts
 - One Hall element / latch full sine-wave control

 -  Voltage 12V, PWM carrier up to 93.7KHz, RPM up to 50000 rpm

 -  Parameters can be set via software and program control can be performed through 4 Lines (COM port)
 - Multi-points speed control for greater flexibility

 - Open/Close loop control, over/under voltage point protection (FW/HW), over temperature protection (HW), over current protection (HW)
