High-speed Hair Dryer Solution :

Introduction:

Megawin's high-speed hair dryer solution (CGF082A) supports 100,000~120,000 rpm high-speed motors. It uses a strong wind to take the moisture out of the hair and avoid damaging the hair with high temperature. The CGF082A solution uses Sine-Wave control, which can reduce the noise and sharpness of the motor compared to Square-Wave control.

The CGF082A solution is equipped protection mechanism with Over/Under Voltage, No-load, Over-current, Over-temperature, etc.

- Built-in 600V N/N Gate-Driver
- Embedded hardware MDE(Motor Driving Engine), can reduce code size, RAM size and calculating pressure

* Support Space Vector PWM (SVPWM),programmable Dead-time, Over-Current Protection

* Field Oriented Control (FOC) sinewave solution, support Initial angle estimation (IAE)

* Sliding Mode Observer(SMO)

* Estimating angle Phase-Locked Loop(PLL)

- Protection function: Over / Under Voltage, No-load, Over Current, Over temperature

- Speed feedback control, Power control, Limited current control

- With IR (Infrared) signal, turn on / turn off the fan and control the speed
