Liquid Level Detector Solutiom:

Introduction:

- Ultrasonic sensor, adhered to the bottom of the container through the gel.

- The gel will make the contact surface more tight, because both the sensor and the container are made of hard materials; the gel material is so important, which is related to the frequency and echo of the transmitted ultrasound.

- Working principle: Ultrasonic waves emit fixed frequency pules (e.g. 1MHz) through the water medium to the water surface, and the echo return to the sensor to receive and use the time difference algorithm to calculate the height of the water surface.

Features:

- Automatic detection of water level, the end-product automatically stops working when there is a lack of water, can protect the

machine from dry burning.

- Non-contact level measurement, not affected by liquid acid and alkali, nor by light transmittance.

- The solution can detect range up to 1~7 cm.

- The shortest detection time is 10mS for one echo, which is suitable for short-distance detection.

- MCU contains amplification circuits (OPA, PGA) and judgment of high and low water levels (CMP), can reduce the peripheral circuits.
