Based on the high-speed hair dryer needs high- speed, temperature control, gear memory, etc., CGF082A is very suitable for its requirements. The CGF082A has a built-in MDE engine for hardware FOC control, and also a 600V N/N Gate-Driver built-in, and an internal Flash for EEPROM.

Introduction to BLDC high-speed hand dryer
BLDC motor control can also be applied to hand dryers (e.g., automatic hand dryers in restrooms), which is a modern and efficient technical solution. A BLDC hand dryer generally contains: air inlet (mostly with filter), high-speed BLDC motor and fan element, heater (some models will be omitted to save energy), infrared sensor, and exhaust (air flow centralized outlet). Megawin Technology's MCU (CGF082A) can also be used to develop high-speed hand dryer solutions, and its features are described as follows.

CGF082A Specification

●The CGF082A adopts a dual-core design: 8051 core + MDE motor control core. 8051 core is used for MDE parameter configuration and other daily affairs control, while MDE core is used to complete the motor's FOC operation control. The FOC control is no longer done by the software, but left to the hardware MDE to handle.
●Built-in 600V N/N Gate-Driver
●Built-in 16KB Flash / 256B IRAM / 512B XRAM, EEPROM (last 256 bytes of Flash)
●UART, 8-CH ADC, IIC, 1-wire RF/IR decode, CRC, PWM, Capture, OPA, OCP (over-current protection)
