Key Features of the MG32F02K Series:

The MG32F02K series primarily targets multi-pin LCD display and complex application markets. Its built-in LCD Driver supports up to 8 COM lines and 40 SEG lines, capable of driving up to 288 display dots (8 COM × 36 SEG), meeting the requirements of a wide range of high-dot-count LCD panels.

To address broader application needs, the MG32F02K series also integrates four operational amplifiers (OPAs) along with a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) offering up to 128× gain. This configuration enables front-end amplification for various sensor input signals, effectively improving signal resolution and data acquisition accuracy.

The MG32F02K series delivers powerful and highly flexible LCD driving capabilities. For LCD power supply, in addition to supporting external power sources, the MCU integrates an internal charge pump to directly generate the required LCD driving voltage. This significantly reduces the need for external components, helping minimize PCB size and overall system cost.

Furthermore, the COM and SEG pins are freely configurable and interchangeable, providing exceptional flexibility during PCB layout design. This greatly simplifies routing, resulting in cleaner and more efficient board designs.

In terms of display driving modes, the MG32F02K series supports multiple Bias and Duty configurations, including:

• Bias：Static、1/2、1/3、1/4

• Duty：Static、1/2、1/3、1/4、1/6、1/7、1/8 

This wide range of options ensures maximum compatibility with LCD panels of different specifications and dot counts, fulfilling diverse product application requirements.

Another Key Advantage:  Low-Power Consumption

The MG32F02K series also features exceptionally low sleep-mode power consumption, enabled by its well-designed and comprehensive low-power architecture. Even under low VDD conditions, the MCU maintains outstanding power efficiency.

For example:

• At VDD = 3.3V, the sleep current is approximately 500 nA (0.5 μA)

• At VDD = 3.0V, the sleep current is further reduced to approximately 400 nA (0.4 μA)

As a result, the MG32F02K series is particularly well suited for portable, battery-powered products, such as infrared thermometers, electronic blood pressure monitors, and blood glucose meters used in medical and healthcare applications. When paired with a 3.0V LDO for power management, the system can ensure stable operation while achieving extremely low overall power consumption, effectively extending battery life.
