Based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0 core and developed with the superior anti-interference capability and advanced encryption technology of traditional 8051 MCUs, this MCU integrates a versatile dead-time prevention PWM module, programmable I/O pins, multiple reset resources, a high-speed I/O processing unit, and a fast comparator (ACMP). Together with multiple high-speed peripheral interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, LCD, and CAN, it enables rapid integration into LCD display systems. In addition, the patented DMA transfer module further enhances data throughput, making the device suitable for automotive, industrial control, medical, and other small- to medium-sized display panel applications. The MCU operates at a maximum frequency of 48 MHz with a wide supply voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V.
