Precision Frequency Tracking, Optimized Atomization Performance 

In atomization applications such as medical devices, humidifiers, and ultrasonic aroma diffusers, the stability of the driving frequency directly affects mist output efficiency and consistency. However, the optimal misting frequency of the atomizing transducer can shift due to device variations, temperature changes, and load conditions, making it difficult for the system to maintain ideal operating performance over time.
Traditional fixed-frequency PWM driving methods cannot continuously match the optimal resonant frequency of the atomizing element, which may lead to unstable mist output or reduced efficiency. Therefore, atomization systems typically incorporate a “frequency tracking” mechanism that dynamically adjusts the driving frequency in real time, allowing the system to approach the optimal misting resonance point.
During the frequency tracking process, the MCU uses an ADC to sample the atomization feedback signal in real time and finely tunes the PWM frequency accordingly. Since the deviation between the optimal resonance point and the current operating frequency is often only tens to hundreds of hertz, the frequency resolution and adjustment precision of the PWM become critical factors in overall system performance.

The MG32F02V032 integrates a 12-bit, 1.0 Msps SAR ADC that supports sampling of the internal voltage reference (VBUF). During the frequency-tracking process, it can accurately and stably detect circuit voltage variations, effectively preventing errors caused by VDD fluctuations. This provides a reliable basis for PWM frequency adjustment, ensuring a consistent, fine, and stable atomization process.
NCO Digital Oscillator for Fine PWM Control
Featuring a unique NCO (Numerically Controlled Oscillator) design, the MG32F02V032 supports a clock source of up to 96 MHz for PWM output. High-resolution frequency control can be achieved without adjusting the main system clock. The minimum PWM frequency adjustment step is as small as 30–50 Hz, and fine-tuning does not affect the operation of other peripherals. When paired with the ADC, it enables highly accurate frequency tracking, significantly improving atomization efficiency and overall user experience.
Ultra-Low Power Consumption, Optimized for Battery Applications
Under VDD = 3.3 V conditions, the MG32F02V032 features a sleep current as low as 1.25 µA. This makes it particularly suitable for battery-powered atomization products, effectively extending battery life and enhancing overall product competitiveness.

The MG32F02V032 integrates multiple distinctive hardware features, including an ASB bus capable of directly driving ARGB LED strips and a CCL (Configurable Custom Logic) module for flexible logic control signal output. These features allow customers to quickly implement personalized functions such as lighting effects and control logic in atomization products, creating more distinctive and recognizable designs.

The 8051-based MG82F6D17 series, while not matching the overall computing performance of the MG32F02V032 series, delivers comparable performance in atomization frequency-tracking control. It also supports a wide operating voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V, providing high design flexibility and strong compatibility. As a result, it is a highly cost-effective choice that balances performance and cost.
