MG32F04x series debut on the market

MG32F04A/F04P series are the latest general-purpose cost-effective MCUs from Megawin Technology. It is equipped with a high performance Arm® Cortex-M0 32-bit core with up to 60MHz and supports 16KB to 32KB flash memory; they are mainly available in small packages (20/28/32 pins), which are suitable for a wide range of consumer electronics, industrial (temperature control digital display...) and 8-bit MCU replacement applications. With a wide range of peripherals such as ADC / UART / SPI / I2C, the chips offer more powerful performance at a price close to that of an 8-bit MCU, making them very attractive to customers.

MCU (1) MG32F04A Features:
● Main frequency: up to 48MHz, which can replace 8/16-bit MCU
● 8-ch 12-bit ADC to detect different sensor
● 3 sets of 16-bit timers to output PWM at different frequencies
● UART, SPI, I2C communication interfaces, and with CRC function.
● 20Pins small package, 105 degrees industrial temperature, applicable to a variety of small equipment scenarios

MCU (2) MG32F04P Features:
● 32KB Flash, main frequency up to 60MHz
●2 sets of OPA amplifiers and 2 sets of ACMP comparators for small signal amplification and threshold/wake-up settings
●10-ch 12-bit ADC to detect different analog signal
●5 sets of 16-bit timers, one of which can be complementary to the PWM output with dead-time control (One of them can be set to 32-bit auto-load increment/decrement counter.)
●UART/SPI communication interface, DMA transfer, and built-in temperature sensor
●TSSOP28 / QFN32 package with 26 IOs
●105 degree industrial temperature, suitable for security/industrial field
