New Arrivals : MG82F6P32 series
The MG82F6P32 series is Megawin Technology's new low-power enhanced 1T 8051 MCU chips with 32KB Flash, hardware PD protocol, dual-amplifier (OPA), dual-comparator (ACMP), PGA, and enhanced PWM. With abundant analog peripheral resources, this series of MCUs can streamline the peripheral circuits of the products, which can be widely used in wireless charging, mobile power, motor control (e.g., personal care/massage devices), TWS headphone charging case, BMS, security (sensors/door alarms), small home appliances, and other applications.
With such rich and powerful functions, it is a cost-effective MCU for various applications, and in the near future, Megawin Technology will also provide wireless charging solution, which will help customers to bring wireless charging products to the market more easily and quickly.
●1.8V~5.5V operating voltage, Power down mode 1.5µA@5V
●H/W PD protocol encoder / decoder, support Sink sid
●2 sets OPA、1set PGA、2 sets ACMP, for signal amplification & threshold setting
●8-CH 16-Bit PWM, 3 pairs of complementary PWM outputs with dead-time

Among them, we focus on PD protocol, OPA and PGA as the three highlights of the MG82F6P32 for enhanced introduction:
1. PD (Power Delivery) protocols and Sink side
- No need for PD IC, only two transistors to save cost
- Highly efficient H/W en/decoder, no need for 32-bit core
- Support PD3.0 PPS protocol, F/W customize charging power and voltage
- Provide PD sample code, help customers quickly import development
2. OPA (Operational Amplifier)
●Low input offset, factory trimmed 3mV, after calibration 0.5mV~1mV
●Support low power mode, quiescent current 0.3mA
●Selectable input reference, IVR12 (1.2V) or can be connected to PGA
●ACMP mode support power down wake up
●Rail to rail design, wide voltage range without distortion
●High band width 15MHz, faster slew rate
3. PGA (Programmable Amplifier)
●PGA Gain1x, 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, 64x,128x
●Software controlled amplification of input analog signals
●The output can be connected to internal ADC、ACMP or OPA
●2 power levels, normal power and low power mode
