Delta-Sigma ADC

This series of ADC chips belongs to Delta-Sigma (ΔΣ) type. It is embedded a precision 24-bit analog-to-digital converter with a 4th-order Delta-Sigma (ΔΣ) modulator and a digital filter, analog input multiplexer with two differential inputs (one set), a low-noise input buffer, a low-noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a serial interface control block.
