Compensations & Benefits
- All employees at Megawin enjoy the coverage of labor insurance, health insurance, monthly retirement subsidies, and group insurance to employees and their immediate family.
- Employees' Welfare Committee was set to provide benefits for childbirth/marriage/funeral, gift coupons for birthday and major festivals, and subsides for company annual tour.
- Extracurricular activities are regularly held to involve every employee of Megawin.
- Performance bonus when sales revenue target is met.
- Employee stock options at cash capital increase. Individual awards are based on each employee’s job responsibility, contribution and performance.
- Year-end bonuses: Actual bonus amounts may vary accordingly to the profitability of the company and Articles of Incorporation.
Education & Training
- Megawin provides education and training programs such as new employee orientation, on-job training, certification training, and functions-the-job training both domestic and abroad. Through education and training, Megawin expects employees to have courage of facing challenges and enhance their management capacity and professional skills.
Pension & Implementation Status
- In order to ensure better living for our employees and encourage their working spirit, Megawin established Pension Policy based on the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Pension Acts. For statutory compliance, Megawin makes a monthly contribution of 6% of the employees’ total salaries and wages to the pension fund managed by the administered pension fund committee.
- In order to maintain harmonious labor relations, labor-management communication meetings are held quarterly to ensure that employees' opinions and voices are heard and their issues are well addressed and solved.
